※雨も自然のうちですので大雨などにならない限り挙行します。
集合時刻に遅刻しそうな場合は、必ず、集合前時間に高岡(0812-915-4756)まで電話またはWhatsAppにてご連絡下さい。今回は特に昼食時間もあるため、集合時刻厳守でお願い致します（止むを得ず待たずに出発する可能性が高いです）。

１．コース概要
スントゥール渓谷奥にはまだ余り人に知られていない、美しい滝が多数あります。
今回は、Air Terjun Bidadari(天使の滝)を眺めつつ、更に奥に水量が豊富で、滝つぼで水遊びが楽しめるCurug Cibingbin (2 段の滝)を訪問します。
スタート地点から、橋を越え早くも急登が始まります。途中、小休止を挟みながら、パンチャール山の裾野に到着。ここでロングとミドルは分かれます。
ロングは天使の滝を目指します。田植え後の綺麗な水田地帯の畦道を歩き、さらに渡渉（川を渡る）しながら、天使の滝に到着。小休止の後、2 段の滝に向かいます。なお、2 段の滝に向かう際にはやや流れの急な渡渉箇所があります（渡渉箇所の状況次第ではルート変更の可能性あり）。
ミドルはバナナ畑の間を進みます。やや藪が茂るところを通過すると、清流が流れる茶店の前に出ます。ここから本日、一番の急坂。ここを登り切り、徐々に森の中にあゆみを進めると目的地である2 段の滝に到着します（トイレ・茶店あり）。途中で野生動物に会えるチャンスもあります。
雨季で水量豊富な滝つぼで、小一時間（ミドルの方）、大人も子供も水遊びを楽しめます（ロングの方は水遊びの時間が無い可能性あり）。また、自己責任、且つ時間に余裕がある場合のみですが、希望者にはさらに上流の滝もご案内します。但し、上流滝へは途中かなり急登になることと渡渉箇所がありますので、事前にその点はご理解下さい。
今回はロングコースとミドルコースのみで、ショートコースは設けていません。ロングコースが約3～3 時間半、8.5km 程の距離です。ミドルコースは約２時間半～3 時間、6.5 ㎞程の距離です。
雨季のためところどころ、非常に滑りやすい箇所、あるいはぬかるんだ箇所、藪が茂った場所を歩きます（ミドル・ロング共）。濡れてもよいもの・汚れてもよいものでご参加ください。加えて、ロングの方はややしっかりした渡渉があります。渡渉箇所は安全のため、水にしっかり入って渡渉頂くようお願いします（石の上を渡るのは滑りやすく、非常に危険）。このため、今回のロングの参加は大人の方のみ（小学生以下は大人同行有無にかかわらず不可）とさせて頂きます。
また、靴は出来ればミドル・ハイカットの防水機能付きを、無い場合でも、靴の中に浸水することは特に構わないということを前提にご参加をお願いします。
晴天にも備えて帽子と水、虫除けや、雨天に備え、雨具の用意もお忘れなく。
なお、今回はウォーク後、希望者は場所を移して、展望の良いレストランでのランチを企画します。

上記の駐車場代は、集合場所に向かう途中のゲート（Cluster Habitture SC）で支払うことになります。各自支払ってください。
また、これとは別に集合場所の駐車場から出るときにRp5,000 の支払いを要求されます。

３．集合場所 (Gathering Place)

ジャコラビ高速道路 37 ㎞出口Sentul City でおりて、道なりに直進しT 字路を左折してAeon Sentul Cityの方面へ進みます。
そのまま直進し、Sentul Highlands ゴルフ場入口を右手に見ながら直進、更に Taman Budaya 入り口を過ぎた下り坂を左折し道なりに少し進みSentul Nirwana ロータリーを右折後1.6 キロ先にあるClusterHabitture SC で駐車場代を支払って中に入ります。
50ｍ先を右折して、さらに100ｍ先突き当りを左折して（ここの小綺麗な茶店があります）、川沿いの道を1km ほど進むと、集合場所の駐車場に着きます。（「本当にこの道で合っているのか？」と不安になる、舗装が所々剥がれている道を進みますが、Google map に従い、そのまま進んでください。）

Keluar Jagorawi di Sentul City 37km (Sentul Selatan), ikuti jalan lalu belok kiri di mentok arah ke AeonSentul City.
Kemudian ikuti jalan, sambil melihat pintu masuk Sentul Highlands Golf di sebelah kanan, melewati pintu masuk Taman Budaya, kemudian menurun sedikir sambil belok kiri, dan muncul di bundaran Sentul Nirwana, lalu belok kanan.
Ikuti jalan kira-kira 1.6km masuk “Cluster Habitture SC” dan bayar parker di sini.
Setelah 50m belok kanan, lalu 100m kemudian belok kiri di ujung lagi, ikuti jalan di samping kali kira-kira 1km, tiba di parker sebagai tempat berkumpul.

[Brief explanation in English]
General description of the courses:
We will visit 2 waterfalls this time, called Air Terjun Bidadari and Curug Cibingbin.
● Long course: Will visit both waterfalls with the final destination at Curug Cibingbin, walking through paddy fields with beautiful scenery. Need to cross a few rivers where you need to walk in the river (for safety, jumping/footing on rocks must be avoided). For this time, no Children (under the age of 15 years old) will not be permitted to join this Long course even together with adults. In total of 3-3.5 hrs (approx.. 8.5km) walk.
● Middle course: With viewing Air Terjun Bidadari from a distance, hike will go through a little steep hilland banana plantation to get to Curug Cibingbin. In total of 2.5-3 hrs (approx.. 6.5km) walk.
● At Curug Cibingbin, there is a small pool where you can swim, too! (see photo above) There is also another waterfall after Curug Cibingbin. Subject to available time, we may take those who wish to visit to this waterfall. Please note that there will be another river crossing and steep hike.
● NOTE: Both courses will go through bush areas. Due to rainy season, there are muddy and slippery areas as well.
Long course will walk into the river. High/middle cut climbing shoes (waterproof) are highly recommended.
Participation Fee：Adults Rp 50,000
Children (under age of 15 years old)・Indonesian Nationals Rp 10,000
＊Admission to Curug Cibingbin：Rp. 20,000（per person, same for adults/children）
＊Parking Fee ：Rp. 20,000 （per car）, Rp.10,000 （per hiker）
＊Lunch gathering (Optional/food only) : Adult Rp. 150,000, Children Rp. 90,000
Participation Fee, Admission to Curug Cibingbin, Lunch fee (optional) will be collected together upon registration on the day of the Walk.
Parking Fee shall be paid separately when you go through the entrance of Cluster Habitture SC before arriving at the gathering place.
Apart from the above, when you go out from the parking lot, you will be requested to pay additional Rp5,000 to the staff there.
